Michele Giannasi presented the 1st App Sentiment Ranking we calculated through App2check at the Appshow Congress in Milan.
We compared apps about Food Delivery, Sharing Mobility and Dating, according to an overall sentiment score and on specific topics. Between others, we compared the perceived service quality and the level of assistance in all domains, the gps localization and punctuality for Food delivery apps, and also measured the perception of the amount of fake profiles in Dating apps.
