Our CTO Emanuele Di Rosa presented App2Check AI-powered solutions for improving Customer Experience and the efficiency of the customer care-related processes.
Between others, we showed our email-bot with churn detection capabilities and our “EVA Virtual Assistant” solution. EVA chats with customers and helps them to solve their issues or answer questions while using company products and services.
Congratulations to Agos because involving employees in workshops with start-ups, with the aim of creating together innovative services is a great idea and a smart way to speed-up innovation in big companies with a results-oriented mindset.
