Most of the departments in a company could take advantage of the Actionable Insights coming from the Consumer Feedbacks Analysis. It was widely discussed at the “CX Emotion conference – Customer Experience meets AI”, last 20th of June in London where our CTO was also speaking about that.
He showed some application examples of the process of “CX Insights Discovery and Emotion Tracking” from Shops and Products Reviews implemented in App2check.
It was a great event that gave us also the possibility to meet consulting companies from all around the world and who take advantage of the best analytics platforms to deliver to their customers the most interesting insights about the buyers of products and services.
